Each item is unique, hand made produced and manufactured 100% in Tuscany. Rigatz Design is not an industrial project therefore it doesn’t have a stock.<\/p>\n

This is why we need 10 days for shipping. During this times Italian craftsman are working on the creation of your article.<\/p>\n

We hope in your satisfaction but\u00a0if you are not completely\u00a0happy\u00a0with the goods you have received\u00a0we guarantee your money back.<\/p>\n

You can return them to us within 10 days of receipt, providing they are in original condition, following the instructions below:<\/p>\n

-Send an e-mail to info@rigatzdesign.com<\/p>\n

-Download, print and fill in the\u00a0<\/strong>return form<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and put it inside the box you send back<\/p>\n

-Sent via mail or express courier the items within 10 Days of receipt<\/p>\n

Once returned you will be entitled to receive a refund which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.<\/p>\n

We are not able to refund items that appear to have been damaged, worn, washed, or are not in original condition.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n
